Acies Group Limited was struggling with an outdated monolithic eCommerce platform. I engineered a completely headless commerce architecture. By decoupling the wildly fast Next.js front-end from the heavy backend inventory databases, we pushed static catalogs to edge CDNs for instant load times worldwide. A custom webhook pipeline was integrated to securely validate multi-currency payments in milliseconds, while Redis caching ensures the cart state never drops a single item during traffic surges.
