Automotive breakdown recovery in Ghana was fragmented and highly unreliable. Boafo Technologies needed an enterprise-grade digital solution to bridge the gap between stranded motorists and vetted mechanics. The challenge required building two distinct but perfectly synchronized applications that could handle high-load geolocation tracking without battery drain.
We successfully launched the Boafo Ecosystem: comprising 'BoafoApp' (for end users) and 'Boafo Providers' (for the mechanic workforce). Using React Native for seamless cross-platform rendering, we integrated Google Maps and custom WebSocket layers to enable live vehicle tracking and dynamic dispatch algorithms based on proximity, expertise, and service ratings.
